This afternoon in Walmart it was clear a lot of people had called out because of weather. No one was around to unlock the changing rooms, and customers were getting stressed. I jumped right in, following my training, grabbed a clipboard and called around to try to get a manager. When the phone rang, I made sure to answer it right away.

Me: Hello, women’s lingerie…
Caller: Um, I thought this was…
Me: No, I’m in women’s lingerie…Well, not actually in women’s lingerie…
What could they do? Fire me?
