Music to Accompany the Suspense

According to unsubstantiated, hearsay, second-hand sources who can’t be trusted…

Bill Schmalfeldt was not in attendance this morning but the trial is going on without him.

He is essentially being tried in absentia.

Which is confusing to Bill, since he thought it was in Westminster.

Tatyana Kimberlin is in attendance, which means she is alive.

Bill Schmalfeldt has not come to the courthouse in Carroll County, Maryland to attend the civil trial in Hoge v. Kimberlin, according to his own website post. He has instead posted a letter to the court.

I don’t think this is the way things are done, but my experience is limited.

Bill Schmalfeldt also faced a contempt of court hearing which involved recording the a previous hearing, and skipping another.

This would have been a better choice. Going home to Maryland.

Pretty soon, John Hoge will post some information at Hogewash!.where's the big ka-bo

Wow, just when you think he can’t be that…… well then sure enough….

the ability to see the consequences of your actions or inaction seems to be less in these “adults ” than in grade school children
