Team Knucklehead Forged Document of the Day

The latest in a series in which I doctor legal documents to say what they really mean, using the techniques of Team Kimberlin. The following is not an excerpt of a document recently published on Hogewash! but is in fact a work of fiction:

lie

For context: John Hoge is suing Brett Kimberlin and Bill Schmalfeldt in part because they are knuckleheads, but also because they used social media and the courts to try to destroy John Hoge’s reputation. Hoge’s supposed offense was telling the truth about both these clowns.

HOGEWASH

Used without permission. If Hoge sues me, I’ll show up.

As far as Schmalfeldt’s advanced mostly cured Parkinson’s disease, he gets around just fine, and I’m sure it would be only a minor inconvenience to him to show up when he is sued.

Most recent Hogewash post on the subject is here.

  1. I honestly don’t see how the courts could possiblly allow him to continue his “woe is me, I am too sick and frail to hie my carcass to another state for a court appearance” when he’s just had a gofundme trying to raise money for a trip involving driving 14000 miles in 35 days.

I rather suspect if he tries to get permission to Skype again, the judge will be made aware of the details of the Grand Tour right quick.

My favorite part was the bailiff uttering, “That’s the Speedway Bomber.” sotto voce. Bill comes across just as bad. Notice how he is trying to avoid court?

It’s karma. For running away. Odd, the little runt has more of a spine than Bill.

Your use of the Hogewash! is clearly within the bounds of Fair Use for reporting.

You would think Schmalfeldt would have shared his miracle recovery from Parkinsons that lets him travel so much with his “most excellent friend” Kimberlin.
