The Only Instance of Shia Labeouf Ever Being Intimidating

Now, the counter protester must be even shorter than Labeouf plus his hat, so we’re not talking about an imposing figure. Labeouf and his peace loving activists are bullies in the cause of…not Trump.

All the things they are against, they flip to in a second.

For a collectivist, imposing the will of the collective is a virtue and opposing it is a sin.

So far since Friday, I have seen video or read published news stories of the “LOVE TRUMPS HATE” tolerant Left protesters…

    1. Setting cars on fire
    2. Smashing windows
    3. sucker punching Richard Spencer (and facilitating the assailant’s getaway)
    4. punching a reporter from (and facilitating the assailants getaway)
    5. setting a woman’s hair on fire (and facilitating the assailant’s getaway)
    6. shooting a counter-protester, leaving him in critical condition, because the shooter thought his victim “was a white supremacist” but actually turned out to be a Bernie Sanders supporter.

Because remember…it’s the right-wing, gun -loving militia types that are the dangerous ones.

    How is that not assault?

    Yup; thought so:
    Washington, D.C. Criminal Code:

    Assault: Section 22-404

First, DC Code Section 22-404 covers “assault or threatened assault in a menacing manner.” this crime is a misdemeanor that covers anyone who intentionally causes or attempts to cause harmful or unwanted contact to another person. It also covers anyone who threatens such assault in a manner that gives the threatened person a reasonable belief of imminent harm or unwanted contact. The penalty is a fine up to $1,000, up to 180 days in jail, or both. Section 22-3571.01.

It doesn’t mention if each instance is an offense. I think in view of Mr. LeBeuf’s probably financial status the 180 days is appropriate.
