Thanks, I Missed the Birthers and the Truthers

From Facebook:

Russia hacked into our government in order to get Trump elected.

Let that bit of simplicity sink in.  Elections are run by 50 states plus Guam etc.  Each national election is overseen by state boards, and there are county observers also.

But Russia hacked into our government.

The other theory is that Hillary was such a lousy candidate that the Republicans ran a game show host against her and won.

There are people so dim that they’d rather think that Russia hacked our government than to look in the mirror and conclude that millions of people in this country do not support the progressive agenda.  Millions.

Must be an awful scary thought, knowing that with all of the universities, public schools and newspapers in your pocket, come January, you will control none of legislative and executive offices in America. A few months later, the 4-4 deadlock on the Supreme Court will be broken.  Unless Russia hacks the Supreme Court.  Snort!

I actually didn’t support the guy, but the Trump victory has been entertaining.

Thanks Facebook.  Let me know when you get around to UFOs and Bigfoot.

Update: The New York Times has the story of how they Russians hacked the DNC, and some email servers…but not the election part of our government.

The more you know about a subject, the stupider it reads, because the media hardly knows anything about anything. Those who can do, those who can’t teach, those who’d never be able to regulate, and those who can’t even understand the regulations report.

I was always told, “Pick a subject you know a lot about. Read a newspaper article about it and notice how much they get wrong. Then realize they get almost every story that wrong.”
