On Advice of Council

Billy Sez And I will do whatever I can 614x900

Previous plans to make all of you as miserable as possible have been put on hold.  Actually he said “On advice of counsel, there will be no further discussion of the lawsuit.”

By you, maybe.  I can’t trust Krendler, Sarah, Hoge or even myself. Oh, and BPO.  Probably Cousin Roy will comment as well.

  1. Mmmmmm, could be.

My lawyers tell me Mr. Sorich was polite as could be, on the phone.

Well, if he is as successful in this endeavor as he has been in all others in his life, I’m sure we’ll have a hot take by Sunday dinner.

SPECIFIC – this is definitely a specific goal.
MEASURABLE – it’s difficult to quantify “as miserable as possible.” What if Billy is incapable of causing anyone to be miserable? Happy Warriors are happy. He can’t say he met the goal if he doesn’t increase someone’s misery.
ACHIEVABLE – it’s also very hard to determine if a goal is achievable if you cannot measure progress. Also , you must be able to correlate increases in misery to actions by Billy. I might be hospitalized with pneumonia and be miserable, but how would that be his doing?
RELEVANT – well, this is Billy we are talking about (and not TO); nothing he does is ever relevant. So this is another fail.
TIME BOUND – he’s going to spend THE REST OF HIS LIFE making people as miserable as possible. Well, yeah…breathe in, breathe out. Until he can’t any more. I guess he was right about one thing: stalking and harassment are not the only weapons in his arsenal. His very existence is known to make some people uncomfortable. “Miserable” goes a bit to far.

But God knows he’s ever been any kind of S.M.A.R.T.
