John Hoge reports that Brett Kimberlin has “has filed the state claims that were dismissed by Judge Hazel in the Kimberlin v. Team Themis, et al. RICO 2: Electric Boogaloo LOLsuit as a new LOLsuit in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County.”

I think the tiny terrorist has learned the same lesson as his poop sniffing buddy; don’t go pro se v. pro se with John Hoge.
That, and he’d be hard pressed to serve him as a defendant while evading service where he (John) is the plaintiff.
