Everything is Proceding as I Have Forsee…What the Hell?

John Hoge reports that Brett Kimberlin has “has filed the state claims that were dismissed by Judge Hazel in the Kimberlin v. Team Themis, et al. RICO 2: Electric Boogaloo LOLsuit as a new LOLsuit in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County.”

This is the one involving Hunton and Williams, The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Team Themis and lots of other people.   John Hoge is not being sued this time.  Ten bucks says Brett forgot.  He has a lot on his plate.  Here’s the Circuit Court of Maryland data on the case.

What the hell is that?

What the hell is that?

I’m not a lawyer, because LSAT tests are hard.  On the other hand, neither is Brett, because convicted felons can’t be lawyers.  My understanding is that he failed in federal court and has moved to Circuit Court for Montgomery County.

I’ll take that Hamilton action, Dave.

I think the tiny terrorist has learned the same lesson as his poop sniffing buddy; don’t go pro se v. pro se with John Hoge.

That, and he’d be hard pressed to serve him as a defendant while evading service where he (John) is the plaintiff.
