UPDATE: Bill Schmalfelt, please contact the Post Office.

A mail carrier attempted to deliver a package at 9:21 this morning.  That is all.

John Hoge has announced that the John Does and Jane Roes mentioned in Bill Schmalfeldt’s lawsuit against Sarah Palmer and Eric Johnson are now in the clear.

If “John Doe” defendants are possible, does that mean “John Doe” motions to dismiss are possible, too? Hmmm….

  2. MJ says:

Can you sue someone until they beg for mercy? How does one do that?

I realize the process is the punishment, but so far, he’s has spent a few grand trying to sue and seems to lose by technicality/dismisses his own suit/can’t effect service correctly/people just laugh at him/etc.

Don’t you think you should at least win one first before people take you seriously?

  3. I would think that suing until someone begs for mercy would be the very definition of both “lawfare” and “vexatious litigant”.

You would really think that by the sixth one, the Johnnie Walker Red Baron would be better at lulzsuits.

Damn, I was pretty worried there for…..a microsecond, maybe? Then the lulz took over and I’m STILL sore. I oughta sue you, you fat bastard.
