As of 2:00 o’clock p.m. Alaska DST today we have confirmed that William M. Schmalfeldt of St. Francis, Wisconsin is both a liar AND a plagiarist.  Whether or not he is a copyright thief is in the hands of others, but it certainly looks that way.

We are assembling a suitable memento to honor Mr. Schmalfeldt.  Here’s the brass plaque.

Oh, and we see that you’re in court on Thursday.  Your thoughts?.

Good, good.  Your righteous anger will certainly impress the judge.

Great work guys. Is he still a member of the Society of Professional Journalists? I’m sure I read in one of Brett Kimberlin’s court filings in his case against Patterico, that Bill Schmalfeldt was one of several “journalists” requesting sealed discovery materials. Kimberlin stated that Schmalfeldt was a member of the Society of Professional Journalists in an effort to make it seem that Bill was a real journalists. However, as Mr Hoge can tell you, there are no real requirements to join. Admission is granted if you sign up online and pay a small fee. Will Bill’s recent actions get him dismissed from this group? Will BK update his filing to show this change?
