Sleepless in St. Francis

Dave called our attention here to Bill Schmalfeldt’s latest consultation over at JustAnswer.  It is almost poignant.

Poignant, that is, until the answer smacks you right between the eyes.

Hey Bill- You want the truth?

You have probably- insert standard disclaimer re not legal advice, don’t rely, etc.- just seen Aaron Walker’s exhibit “A” to his motion for full attorney’s fees dating from the time of your question to JustAnswer to the date you drop this misbegotten flatulence of a lawsuit.

Looks like Billy might be getting more “answers” than he bargained for. Really soon.

Bill better get his checkbook out. I have a feeling the shit just got real and he’s about to pay a heavy price. Hope I’m wrong. I don’t like seeing retired crazy people burn through their money on such frivolity, but he needs to learn a very valuable lesson…

    STOVE!! HOT!! NO TOUCH!!

Fuck Bill and fuck his income. He lost that sympathy when he started targeting people’s employment and children.

Not me – I want to see him stripped of every last discretionary dime he can spend, such as on internet access. When the fat old fool is forced off the internet because he can’t pay for it anymore, then the rest of humanity can breathe a slight sigh of relief. Unfortunately for his actual neighbors, that means he will soon turn his obsessive behavior on them. Which means that sooner or later, his landlord will ask him to leave due to complaints from other residents. And with the scooty puff (its red. Vroom. VROOM.) and his broadcasting equipment having already been seized and sold at auction, he will have a very hard time finding/financing another facility to live in.

I should qualify: I don’t want the court to get the monetary sanctions, I’d rather his victims get it.

From your keyboard to God’s monitor, agiledog. The fat freak deserves all of that and so much more.

This. All due respect to MJ, there’s really no evidence that Billy is legally insane. (I doubt he’d fail the common-sense “cop at the elbow test.”) Instead, Billy is a garden-variety egotistical narcissist; the only way to shut down his abuse of people is either a) shut down the mean$ at his di$po$al or else b) get Billy’s case into the criminal courts and increase the punishment until he realizes fines/probation/jail outweigh his obsessive desire to punish people who won’t obey his will.

Motion for fees? Will these LULZ show up on PACER before of after the status call? Inquiring minds want to know.
