Not the sharpest tool in the shed, yet he graduated law school and serves the city of Jackson, Miss. as a councilman. I teach fractions to ten-year-olds and have more sense.
Jackson, Mississippi Councilman Kenneth Stokes has unleashed a firestorm of controversy over his call for citizens to throw bricks and bottles at police who are trying to make arrests. Stokes declared “Let’s get rocks; let’s get bricks, and let’s get bottles. And we’ll start throwing them, and then they won’t come in here anymore.”

“…and then they won’t come in here anymore.” Define the zones, draw the lines, and post signs that cops are not going to come in there anymore. The other side of the sign can read “good luck. You’re on you own now.”
Then sit back and watch the fun.
PS: without cop protection I don’t think you are going to get services in there either, such as ambulances, fire trucks, power company, phone company, cable company, water, gas, food delivery.

In the dystopian-sci-fi-fantasy setting of Shadowrun, there are urban areas called ‘Z-Zones’. These are places where even the private security corporations won’t go (or if they do, they go loaded for bear). Nor does anyone else, if they have a choice.
I never thought I’d see the day when some elected moron would be calling for the establishment of Z-Zones.

So he’s upset with the cops from the “white towns” chasing citizens of his “black town” when they are caught breaking the law in the other towns and try to run home.
Simple solution is to not allow any citizens of his town to cross into the surrounding towns. Problem solved. It also conforms to the liberals love if punishing the majority of law abiding citizens over the actions of a few law breakers. Double win!
