Florida Atlantic University recommended Wednesday that a professor who insists the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre never happened be terminated after the parents of one of the victims accused him of harassment, according to a CBS affiliate.
James Tracy, an associate professor in FAU’s School of Communication & Multimedia Studies, has 10 days to appeal the university’s decision, according to WFOR’s report.
The termination notice came almost a week after the parents of Noah Pozner, a 6 year-old who was killed in the shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, published an op-ed in the Fort Lauderdale Sun Sentinel that accused Tracy of harassing them for proof that their son was once alive.
A similar case involves internet ‘Investigative Journalist’ Bill Schmalfeldt, who stalked a family over a stillborn child.
Not everything on the internet reminds me of Bill Schmalfeldt, though he’s been featured here a bit lately as he pursues a civil case against bloggers and commenters.
He actually says the writer involved has since accepted his apology. Like James Tracy, Schmalfeldt insisted on asking for material which no reasonable human being would request.

Junk Mail: “Mailman Dave” Arrested After Delivering Mail To Law Firm Naked
Both of our David’s have been accounted for.
I used to contribute and comment on a traditional conservative blog until the owner when off the deep end and started insisting that Jews were the most evil group in the US and we did not have a Islam problem it was the fact that the JOOS were controlling everything and all these mass shootings by deranged liberals are just false flag events that were staged using actors One has to wonder if these people have some sort of paranoid mental disorder. Too bad because it was a pretty decent blog until she went off the rails.

Sadly, there really is no way to spot the crazy, until they open their mouth and start spouting. There are four possibilities, and we’ve seen each in abundance:
Not crazy, and doesn’t look like it – John Hoge, for example.
Not crazy, but looks like it – that Dave Alexander guy.
Crazy, but doesn’t look like it – me, for example.
Crazy, and looks like it – you can guess who.

I was surprised to discover vexatious litigant, Deborah Frisch, really was homeless after getting out of jail. At this juncture, does Bill Schmalfeldt want to continue his descent? Then he eventually will end up in some place really hot.
Does Bill think he can just whip on his wrestling mask and beat El Diablo? More than likely, Schmalfeldt will spend the rest of eternity alone. I suggest atonement while it is still possible.
Otherwise, he would be hoping against hope for Ukulele Dave to pop up with a can of Red Bull to give him wings.

BTW, love your name. Makes “murum aries attigit” seem like a phrase for wimps.
