Before I dig in, Aaron Walker has a completely different version of events here. I believe Aaron, in part because he has video evidence.
I can’t see an assault. Walker has posted the charges filed against him, and Brett claimed he was hit in the face, chest and shoulder. Aaron Walker is either a ninja lawyer, or Brett Kimberlin is lying.
Brett has used this incident repeatedly in court documents, although it did not happen. Thank god for video.
One of the tell-tail signs of falsehood is the inclusion of non sworn testimony of witnesses. Brett uses this tactic a lot, especially when discussing this incident. Notice that he indicates that deputies “determined that Walker had assaulted..” Somehow I think if the deputies had really determined that, then Aaron Walker would have been arrested on the spot. The deputies advised him to see a doctor, and press charges. In theory, this should bolster his claim, but what would you expect deputies to say?
Same thing with the emergency clinic. They get a guy claiming serious head injuries, and they “ordered” him to go to the ER. Oooooh! They ORDERED HIM!
Finally, Kimberlin was diagnosed with a contusion of the eye, headache and back pain. Brett Kimberlin states that his doctors ordered him to stay home for the rest of the week.
Can anybody tell me how doctors diagnose a headache and back pain? Anyone?
I’m pretty sure they ask the patient. When your patient is a perjurer, drug smuggler, serial bomber, alleged pedophile and very bad rock singer, maybe that diagnosis isn’t airtight.
My point is not to say “Brett Kimberlin is a liar.” That’s like saying “water is wet,” or “Rosie O’Donnell hates Trump.” My point is, for all his foolishness and clumsiness with legal matters, Brett Kimberlin knows how to lie. In Kimberlin’s written documents, he usually speeds onto another lie quickly, so the reader barely notices his rhetorical tricks. He’s good at lying. Though his lies rarely hold up to scrutiny, he should be considered very dangerous in this arena.
Why bother? Brett Kimberlin is suing people who write truthfully about him. Shutuppery and Lawfare are the enemy of free people everywhere. If you’ve been pressured not to write something, by government, the mob of townspeople with pitchforks and twitter accounts, you know that freedom isn’t free. You have to fight for freedom of expression, or it disappears.
